The San Diego Smooth Jazz Festival, hosted by Brian Culbertson, is taking place this week-end, July 7-9 at Embarcadero Marina Park North in the San Diego Marina. This year’s artist performing in a picturesque waterfront setting include on Sunday: Brian Culbertson, (who recently hosted his annual Napa Getaway, and we were there!), Michael Franks, EPK: Euge Groove, Peter White, Keiko Matsui; Nick Colionne; The L.A. Collective.
On Sunday, four-time Grammy nominee and and multiplatinum-selling saxophonist Boney James, West Coast Jam, with Richard Elliot, Rick Braun & Norman Brown; Gerald Albright; Jonathan Butler; Eric Darius; Curtis Brooks. 11:30 a.m. to 7:20 p.m. Saturday; 2 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
